Around the work

Besides free work (paintings, drawings) I have been able to apply much of my knowledge of art, or knowledge of art in general, to other domains. I have illustrated my own landscape studies, have cooperated on a book of poetry, written books on landscape and art and artists. In the period that I was director of Kasteel (Castle) Groeneveld I organized, together with other people, exhibitions on painters, sculptors, land art artists and photographers. In addition, we organized at Groeneveld debates, lectures, symposia, and poetry evenings in which various art forms were discussed extensively, from painting to literature and jewelry to film. I give some examples in image and text.
