Oil paint is the medium I like best when working concentrated for long hours. When doing so I prefer working ‘a la prima’, i.e. wet on wet. In practice, it means I want to have my work finished in one day. ‘Work for long hours’ must be understood in that context. To me it means a limitation in the size of my work.
